I haven't tested the full 7-day battery life yet, but I did hook it up and the setup was quick and simple! I will update my review as soon as I can.
Very nice, works well, the 20mAh battery holds up great for a few days, excellent gift for my son who loves fitness tracking.

Awesome option if you want to track your sleep! The heart rate and SpO2 features are excellent, and it's nice to have a waterproof design.
